BSU Wellness Sessions
It’s been weeks since school started and we want to offer a place to check-in. BSU will be creating space with 3 different breakout sessions 30 minutes each. You’ll be able to participate in meditation and mindful breathing with Professor Amissa Miller, journaling and a healing circle. We encourage you to partake in all 3 activities for your mental, physical and emotional health. We ask you to come with vulnerability and openness, we will do the same.
